Returns and Refund Policy for Campbell Canoes Ltd

Thank you for shopping at Campbell Canoes. We strive to provide high-quality clothing and merchandise, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@campbellcanoes.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with any additional information needed.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We don't typically send our canoes out with any couriers or delivery service. For the obvious reason that they are huge and cost a lot to send but also because we would be gutted if you recieved your brand new canoe scuffed because somone has thrown it in the back of a lorry. For these reasons almost every customer comes to Hertford to collect their canoe. 

If you are outside of the UK (We have sent canoes as far as Perth in Australia) or you physically can not get to us to collect your canoe then please give us a call so that we can work out the best option for you to recieve your Campbell Canoe.  

**PLEASE NOTE** We do not hold stock of any canoes. This is because we want your canoe to be the perfect size, spec, colour and seating arrangement for you. Let's have a chat so that you can tell us exactly what you want or if you are not sure, we can advise you on the best options for you, your family and usage.

We apologise in advance for any frustration or inconvcienience this may cause. We are very aware that we all now have an expectation that items arrive the next day. This may change in the future however until we become the size of Amazon we are sticking to this system.
