Our Hoodies are warm, hard wearing and of the highest quality. I'm not exagurating when I say that almost every customer says they are the best hoodie they have ever owned. They all come with the following as standad:

On the 1st of each month we place an order for all pre-orders recieved in the month before. You will then recieve your order 2 weeks after that.

Thank you for shopping at Campbell Canoes. We strive to provide high-quality clothing and merchandise, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@campbellcanoes.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with any additional information needed.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
