Returns and Refund Policy for Campbell Canoes Ltd
Thank you for shopping at Campbell Canoes. We strive to provide high-quality canoes, paddles, clothing and merchandise, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Canoe returns: Each Campbell Canoe is made to order and can only be returned if found to be faulty. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Merchandise and Accessory Returns: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
